Spicy Lemonade

"Spicy Lemonade"

This is a natural and gentle cleanse for your body that can attribute to weight loss. This recipe has also been dubbed "the lemonade diet".

1.  Squeeze half of a lemon into a cup
2.  Put 2 Tablespoons of grade B or C maple syrup
3.  A tenth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
4.  Then add 1 cup of water.

It's important to use fresh lemons. No pre-squeezed stuff.
